Accessing Karbon if you work with multiple email accounts

A team member can be removed from your Karbon account at any time from your Settings menu using the Archive User feature.

To ensure no sensitive emails are shared, only each user is able to update this setting for themselves.

Why can't I adjust the auto share email setting for my colleagues?

Settings are only viewable if you have Admin permissions.

Why can't I see Settings in my main menu?

Some ad-blocking extensions can stop the Help & Feedback interface from displaying.
