Managing your Karbon subscription

Find out what plan you're on by going to Settings and Subscription. Here you can also manage your account invoices and payment details.

To review or update your Karbon subscription, go to: Settings > Subscription. This is a quick way for you to manage your account invoices and payment details.

If looking to update your subscription to use features like Email Insights (add-on feature) or Time & Budgets (requires a Business or Enterprise subscription plan), please contact us via chat on 'Help & Feedback' in app or email us at billing@karbonhq.com.

Note: To access Settings > Subscriptions, you'll need to be listed as an Admin in your Karbon user settings.

Have a billing related question?

Reach out directly to our billing team by emailing billing@karbonhq.com, you can also reach out to support@karbonhq.com and our support team will direct your inquiry to our billing team.

If you're in the Karbon app, reach out via Help & Feedback > Still can't find what you need? > and start a chat with our team, you will see an option for billing related inquiries and there you will be directed to our billing team.
