To review or update your Karbon subscription, go to: Settings > Subscription. This is a quick way for you to manage your account invoices and payment details.
If looking to update your subscription to use features like Email Insights (add-on feature) or Time & Budgets (requires a Business or Enterprise subscription plan), please contact us via chat on 'Help & Feedback' in app or email us at billing@karbonhq.com.
Note: To access Settings > Subscriptions, you'll need to be listed as an Admin in your Karbon user settings.
