To edit templates, users must have Admin User access. Here’s a breakdown of the permissions:
Admin User
Full access: This includes access to settings, editing templates, and downloading data.
Standard User
Cannot Access Settings
Cannot Edit Templates
Cannot Export Contact or Work Data
If a user cannot access Settings, they will also be unable to update or edit templates. Templates are managed through the Settings section, even though they may appear under Work.
