In some cases, you may not have access to an email. This can happen in a few different circumstances.

Why don't I have access to an email?

Because Karbon sits on top of your email provider any actions taken to archive an email will carry over to Karbon as well.

Prevent all new incoming Triage notifications by turning off the Triage badges and banners in your profile settings.

When you archive an email or move it into another folder in Outlook, it will clear the email from Triage in Karbon.

You can find any sent email by visiting your 'sent' folder in Karbon or by searching using the Global Search function.

If a colleague is removed from an unshared email, the conversation is split into a new one, to protect privacy.

You can print any email by clicking on the options menu "...".

Karbon does not have a spell checker; however, you can use your browser's spell checker options.

Karbon does not apply any default font settings to emails, which allows the email to be viewed by the receiver based on their own settings.
