Can I clear Triage in bulk?

Because Karbon sits on top of your email provider any actions taken to archive an email will carry over to Karbon as well.

Bulk Clear in Gmail

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open Gmail:

    • Go to Gmail and log in to your account.

  2. Use the Search Bar:

    • Use the search bar at the top to find the emails you want to delete. Examples:

      • To find all emails from a specific sender, type: from:example@example.com

      • To find all emails in a specific category, type: category:promotions

      • To find all emails before a specific date, type: before:YYYY/MM/DD

  3. Select All Emails:

    • Click the checkbox at the top left to select all the emails on the current page.

    • If you have more emails than the ones displayed on the first page, a message will appear at the top saying, "All X conversations on this page are selected. Select all conversations that match this search." Click the "Select all conversations that match this search" link.

  4. Delete the Emails:

    • Click the trash bin icon to delete all selected emails.

Bulk Clear in Office 365

Option 1: Using Outlook Web App

  1. Open Outlook Web App:

  2. Select the Folder:

    • Navigate to the folder containing the emails you want to delete (e.g., Inbox, Sent Items).

  3. Use the Search Bar:

    • Use the search bar at the top to find the emails you want to delete. Examples:

      • To find all emails from a specific sender, type: from:example@example.com

      • To find all emails with a specific subject, type: subject:your subject

      • To find all emails before a specific date, type: received:<date

  4. Select All Emails:

    • Click the checkbox at the top left to select all the emails on the current page.

    • If you want to select more than one page of emails, scroll down and click "Select everything in this folder".

  5. Delete the Emails:

    • Click the trash bin icon to delete all selected emails.

Option 2: Selecting Multiple Emails

  1. Select Emails Individually:

    • Select one email and then hold down the Ctrl key to select additional emails.

  2. Move Emails to Archive:

    • Click ‘Move’ on the right side to move these selected emails to the archive folder.

Option 3: Selecting a Range of Emails

  1. Select a Range of Emails:

    • Select one email, then navigate to the last email you want to select. Hold down the Shift key to select all emails in between.

  2. Move Emails to Archive:

    • Click ‘Move’ to move them into the archive folder.
