Go to Karbon

Karbon sits on top of your email provider, it does not replace it. If it's been detected that your emails are at a security risk by containing malware, such as trojan horse malware, we suggest that you do the following:

  • Remove the email from Karbon completely to prevent others from accessing the email if it's stored on a shared or public timeline.

  • Tag the email(s) as SPAM or junk in your email provider.

  • Create an inbox rule which marks emails to go to a specific folder so it does not sync to Karbon.
