Currently it is not possible to transfer a work item to another template.

Karbon includes five main workflow statuses, which cannot be edited.

If you change the work type on a piece of work and the new work type statuses are different it will default to the top level status.

You can apply a work type in bulk to affect multiple work items if you apply it to a recurring piece of work.

If you are trying to assign a task, email or note a certain status, but it isn't available, check your Task Status settings.
