My emails aren't appearing in Karbon

It can take up to 15 minutes for your 20 most recent emails to flow into Karbon after signing up.

First Time Logging In:

If you have recently signed up for Karbon and are logging in for the first time, please allow up to 15 minutes for your emails to sync with your account. Upon initial login, Karbon retrieves your 20 most recent emails into Triage. Subsequent emails will appear as they are received.

Not Your First Time Logging In:

  1. Check for a Reconnect Banner: If you see a reconnect banner, follow the steps outlined in this article.

  2. No Reconnect Banner Visible? Try These Steps:

    • Perform a hard refresh of the page.

    • Attempt logging in using a different browser.

    If the issue persists after trying these steps, please contact our support team:

    • Email us at support@karbonhq.com.

    • Click on 'Help and Feedback' within the app and select 'Still can't find what you need?' to initiate a chat with our support team.
