Offline Banner
If Karbon detects that your computer is not connected to the Internet, a banner lets you know that Karbon is attempting to reconnect, or prompts you to reconnect to your network.
For Gmail Users
If reconnecting does not work, follow the steps below:
Open gmail.com
Go to My Account (from the avatar icon in the top right)
Open “Apps with account access”, then “Manage Apps”
Click on Karbon, then Remove Access
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Once that’s done, please try reconnecting Karbon again.
Disconnected Banner
If Gmail, Office365 or Microsoft Exchange disconnects the token that links Karbon with your email account, you’ll get a reconnect banner notification. By clicking on Reconnect Now, you will be re-authenticating your account allowing Karbon and your email account to remain synchronized.
If the blue banner isn't present, please try reconnecting your email by following the steps for your provider.
For Gmail Users
Sign out completely from Karbon, please ensure no Karbon windows are open
Open gmail.com
Go to My Account (from the avatar icon in the top right)
Open “Apps with account access”, then “Manage Apps”
Click on Karbon, then Remove Access
Clear your cache and cookies
Once that’s done, please try reconnecting Karbon again.
For Office 365 Users
Sign out completely from Karbon, please ensure no Karbon windows are open
Sign into O365
Top right click on avatar, My account
On left panel, click on 'App permissions'
You should see 'KarbonHQ', click 'Revoke'
Clear your cache and cookies
Log into Karbon again at https://app2.karbonhq.com and it will ask to reauthorize.
