If Karbon detects that your computer is not connected to the Internet, a banner lets you know that Karbon is attempting to reconnect, or prompts you to reconnect to your network.
For Gmail Users
If reconnecting does not work, follow the steps below:
- Open gmail.com
- Go to My Account (from the avatar icon in the top right).
- Open “Apps with account access”, then “Manage Apps”.
- Click on Karbon, then Remove Access.
Once that’s done, please try reconnecting Karbon again.
