If your scheduled email fails, you will get a notification letting you know that it failed.

The reason why the email failed to send can be either:

  1. The email has disconnected, if this happens, follow these steps to reconnect. Once the issue has been resolved, your scheduled email will send out 2-3 minutes after the issue was fixed.


  2. The email address was entered incorrectly and couldn't be delivered.
    Please re-create the email and update the email address.
