If you start work items well ahead of a filing deadline because you know some clients may take weeks to respond to your document requests, you can automate additional follow-ups to the client without manually re-sending client tasks by creating client task sections that auto-send far after the work start date.

If you increase the rate you charge your client the closer you get to a filing deadline, these messages can also be timed to remind the client of that urgency.

For clients who respond promptly and do not need these extra reminders, simply check the box complete for the client task while processing their documents and the reminder will not send.
