On the right of the given item is an Information Tray, which shows you details related it. Items showed such as:
Notify Me toggle - toggle on / off to be notified about new replies or comments
My Week - add this email or note to your My Week to action later
Assigned To - let's you know who's supposed to action this item
To-do - the date for which the item will be executed
Due Date - the due date for when the item needs to be done by
Status
Current timelines the item lives in
Visibility into who can see the item
