Shared Triage in the Karbon Mobile App extends the collaborative email management experience to your mobile device. This functionality allows users to view and action emails within a Shared Triage from any location, supporting productivity and responsiveness on the go.
The initial configuration of your Shared Triage and its associated email addresses occurs on the Karbon website. Once set up, all subsequent email viewing and actioning capabilities are accessible within the mobile application.

Prerequisites
You must have the Karbon Mobile App installed on your device. (See: Download the Karbon Mobile App)
You must have access to at least one Shared Triage that has been set up in Karbon. (See: Overview of Shared Triage)
Steps
Open the Karbon Mobile App: Tap the Karbon icon on your mobile device to launch the app.
Navigate to Triage: From the main navigation, tap Triage.
Select a Shared Triage: At the top of the Triage screen, tap the dropdown menu (or similar selector) to view your available Triage inboxes. Select the desired Shared Triage from the list.
View Emails: Emails within the selected Shared Triage will now be displayed. Tap on any email to open it and view its content.
Action an Email: Once you have an email open, you will see options at the bottom or top of the screen to perform various actions.
