Why can’t I see other email accounts when I reply to an email?

When replying from a shared triage, the default sending address will be the email to which the original message was sent.

When you reply from a shared triage, it will default to the email it was sent to (the shared triage account). From the dropdown, you can select your personal email (including personal alias) to send it to.

This is the same if replying from other places in Karbon (My Week, personal Triage, Global Search, Timelines, Assignments). You are unable to send it from a different email account.
