Time Billing: When creating an invoice, you have access to previously billed time, allowing you to review and adjust write-ons or write-offs.

Fixed Fee Billing: Provides insights into your progress in terms of time and billing. This means you'll be informed about the status of your work in progress (WIP), even if you bill in advance. In cases where advance billing results in negative WIP, the system helps you keep track of the adjustments needed.

Steps to Manage Billed Time and Fixed Fee Billing:

If you need to manage billed time and fixed fee billing, follow these steps:

  1. Filter Fixed Fee Billing:

    • Navigate to Billing off of the Main Menu

    • Go to Unbilled

    • Add a filter by fee type

    • Select all options except Fixed Fee

  2. Export WIP Report:

    • In the Unbilled section, click on the three-dot menu (...)

    • Choose the option to export the WIP report

  3. Filter Time Entries:

    • Access the Time Entries worksheet

    • Filter by Billed Status

    • Choose the option for Unbilled entries
