Only colleagues with this permission will be able to send or export invoices. To turn it on, open your Main Menu > click on your Profile (name) > click 'edit' on Permissions > Scroll down to Billing and turn on 'Send or Export Invoices and Billing Runs'.
Please keep in mind, the permission mentions 'billing runs'. Billing runs will be coming very soon and the permission will apply to posting billing runs.
Undo invoice export
If you ever export an invoice by mistake, open the invoice’s actions menu and click Undo export. The invoice will revert to Approved status so you can resend it to your client.
