Some clients may be involved with different entities they receive requests for. When your client accesses the magic link from their email, the Client Request view will appear with the individual tasks to complete.

The client that the Client Request relates to is identified via the 'Client' field shown at the top left of the request.

If the client proceeds to log in to the Client Portal with their email address and password, they will see all their requests received to that email address for their various entities.

The different requests will be grouped and ordered by the due date. The client name will show under each request for which it relates to. Each request can then be clicked on to view the specific Client Request, and the tasks involved.
