Single Sign on or SSO in short enables users to access Karbon by authenticating their existing accounts from these platforms.

Therefore Karbon supports SSO with existing Gmail, Office 365 or Exchange accounts as those are the three email providers that integrate with Karbon currently.

Please note the Karbon App does not directly support SSO via Azure Active Directory (now Azure Entra). If you are utilizing Azure Active Directory as your authentication provider for Office 365, Karbon effectively leverages Azure Active Directory for authentication purposes.
