HowNow Smart Links can be added in Karbon to share links to HowNow areas, documents or records with your colleagues. You must have access to HowNow to open a Smart Link.

Add your HowNow Smart Link to the appropriate place in Karbon. This could be a tasks description, work item description, template task, comment, note, email or within a client's contact details. When you or a team member click this link, it will open in HowNow. 

Note: if you add the Smart Link to a task description you will need to create the link using the link option in the formatting bar.
