No, Karbon does not have multi-factor authentication. Karbon does store any passwords as you log in with the credentials of your linked email account. 

To add an extra layer of security, we highly recommend setting multi or two-factor authentication for your email account login. You do not have to change anything in Karbon when setting up email authentication, and the flow of emails into Triage should not be affected.
