When a client uploads a document using Client Requests, it's accessible from the Client Request and on the documents tab for the work.
Assigning Emails to Multiple Work Items
When you assign an email to multiple Work Items in Karbon, any files attached to that email will be saved to each of the Work Items it’s assigned to. This ensures that all relevant documents are accessible within the context of every associated piece of Work.
Key Details:
Files are stored on the Work Timelines of each assigned Work Item.
This makes it easy for your team to access documents, no matter which Work Item they’re working from.
If an email is assigned to a Client Timeline only, files are not saved to the Client’s Files area. Improvements are coming that will make separate saving to the Client Files section unnecessary.
This behavior ensures consistency and helps maintain full context across multiple pieces of Work.
