Private work items or hidden contacts will be included in charts and aggregate totals in Insights, however, their details will never be revealed.
For example, on a Client Leaderboard, a private client will be listed as Private Client.
Data associated with private and hidden contacts are included in Insights, however, the information that appears is restricted.
