From Settings in the main menu, select Colleagues.
Click your own, or a user's name, to edit the following information for that individual:
Handle — for @mentioning
Job Roles — select from your list of Job roles
Teams — select from your list of Teams
Social media profiles
Capacity — hours per week available
User permissions — used to control access restrictions
Email settings — enable auto share of email from contacts
Once you've finished making changes, don't forget to select Save.
