Occasionally, your Karbon side menu or work header in a work item may disappear when you click outside the menu, scroll, or resize your window. This happens because either the screen is zoomed in too far, or the browser window is too small, causing the display elements to hide automatically.
Adjust your browser zoom level or resize the window to restore the menu or work header. Here’s how to fix this on different browsers:
Chrome
Zoom Out: Press Ctrl + - (Windows) or Command + - (Mac) until the menu reappears.
Safari
Zoom Out: Go to View in the menu bar, select Zoom Out, or use Command + -.
Firefox
Zoom Out: Press Ctrl + - (Windows) or Command + - (Mac) or go to View > Zoom > Zoom Out.
Edge (Explorer)
Zoom Out: Press Ctrl + - or open the three dots in the top-right corner, selecting Zoom Out.
