The data within Karbon Practice Intelligence (KPI) is updated daily. The updates occur every morning at 8 am local time. You will be able to see updates from up to midnight the day prior. For example, if you access KPI at 9 am, you will see updates from up to midnight the previous day.

The updates are handled automatically when accessing the Power BI dashboards. This means that you do not need to manually refresh the data in KPI. Simply access the Power BI dashboards and the data will be automatically updated for you.
