Who can grant/revoke KPI access?
During your onboarding to Karbon Practice Intelligence (KPI), your KPI Admin(s) will be set up. These admins differ from Karbon Admins as KPI Admins can only add/remove access to Intelligence.
What is a KPI Admin?
A KPI Admin is a user who has been granted permission to manage access to Karbon Practice Intelligence for other users. This is different from a Karbon Admin, who has overall administrative control of the Karbon platform.
How to add/remove users to KPI
As a KPI Admin, you can add or remove users from accessing Karbon Practice Intelligence. To do so, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Intelligence tab
Select the Manage Access Button
Add your colleagues
