Viewing the Billing Dashboard

The Billing dashboard gives you a summary of the various billing divisions, so you can figure out what to prioritize.

The Billing dashboard provides you with an overview of the different billing sections, allowing you to make decisions about what to focus on. Simply click on Billing in the main menu to access it.

Billing Setup Checklist

The dashboard will also include a billing set-up checklist, which will help you get started, including tasks like setting up your currency and selecting default invoice terms.

Unbilled

This Unbilled section presents an overview of the top clients you have unbilled work for. It provides the total amounts in Unbilled for Time, Fixed Fees, Expenses and Total Billable.

Billing Runs

The Billing Runs section lists current and past billing runs. You can click into this section to view a summary of all the billing runs or drill into a particular billing run.

Invoices

The Invoices section summarizes outstanding invoices that need to be sent out. You can click into this section to view individual invoices or drill into a particular invoice.

Receivables

The Receivables section provides an overview of all invoices and payments received. You can click into this section to view individual receivables or drill into a particular invoice or payment.

Accounting Periods

The Accounting Periods section summarizes the start and end dates of current and past accounting periods. You can click into this section to view a summary of all the accounting periods or drill into a particular accounting period.
