Create HTML-rich Client Request emails by using this tool.
Using the HTML Editor:
Enter the email content you'd like
Format it as you'd like it to appear in the Client Request
Click 'Edit HTML source code'
Highlight and copy the code shown and paste it into your Client Request email
Send the Client Request
You will see in that email that your customized updates have carried over to the Client Request email.
