If you are experiencing issues loading Karbon Academy, please try the following steps:
Log out of Karbon Academy and Karbon and close all your web browser windows.
Open a new browser window and clear your internet cookies and cache (this article will assist on how to perform this: https://kb.wisc.edu/12384).
Once complete, close your browser again, reopen it and log into Karbon.
Click on Academy from the left-hand menu, and log in with the same login credentials that you used to log into Karbon.
Please either click on the course from inside Academy that you were having the issues with, or if applicable, click on the link you were given to access the course.
If the issue persists, please try the above steps again, but instead open an incognito browser window before you proceed to log into Karbon.
If this doesn't help, please see additional troubleshooting steps:
Ensure you have the latest version of your computer/laptop operating system (OS) installed.
Verify you are using the latest version of the browser being utilized (ex; Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc...)
Verify if you have any new browser ‘Extensions’ enabled and turn them off, as they can prevent certain functions from occurring
Check if you have added any recent applications on your computer/laptop that could be preventing the display from functioning properly and remove the applications
Check your network connection/ISP is functioning properly.
Have your internal IT department check the user’s computer/laptop to ensure no other issues are occurring on the machine
