When you find that you are not able to match your customers or products and services from the Karbon CSV to QuickBooks Online, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve this.
When you get the error that your customers are not matching, follow these steps to fix:
Click “Previous” button until you are on the first screen
Click “Add new customers to QuickBooks”
Matching products or services
Product and services are populated by Karbon. The CSV exported from Karbon contains a column titled 'Item(Product/Services)' that is populated with the work type of a work item.
You will need to create new “Product and Services” categories named exactly like the work type in Karbon.
And create a new “Product and Services” categories named exactly like the work type in Karbon.
