You've changed you email address, domain or provider, but have found no way in Karbon to update this. This is because your Karbon login directly links to your email address, domain and provider and therefore we will need to update this on our end. Please take a look at the steps below and reach out to support when you're ready!

Changing email address or email domain

If you are changing the domain of your email address or change your email address entirely, please reach out to our support team to help transition over that change so that you and your team can continue to log in as normal.

Reach out to Karbon support to coordinate the update. You can reach Karbon support through Help & Feedback > Still can't find what you need > start a new conversation or email us support@karbonhq.com. Please include the following information in the chat to help our team assist you:

  • When will you be making the change?

  • What is the old domain and what new domain would you like it changed to?

  • If this is a new email address, are you planning on forwarding emails from your previous address to your new one?

Changing email provider

If you are changing your email provider ((i.e. Gmail to Office365, Exchange to Office365, etc.) or making an Office 365 tenant change please reach out to our support through Help & Feedback > Still can't find what you need > start a new conversation or email us support@karbonhq.com. Please include the following information in the chat to best help our team assist you:

  • When will you be making the change?

  • Which email provider are you using today and what are you switching to?

Changing more than a few email addresses? Karbon can help you update this in bulk.
