You have a number of other options to reach our support team and get the assistance you need.

As part of Karbon's commitment to provide you with world-class service and assistance, you have a number of options to contact the Support team including phone, live chat, or email.

Live chat

Within the Karbon app, select Help & Feedback from your main menu and choose Still can't find what you need? to start a live chat.

Live chat is available 24 hours, 7 days a week, with some slightly longer delays on Saturday and Sunday.

Phone support

To speak to the Karbon Support team, use the following phone numbers:

Phone support is available 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

Email

Email support@karbonhq.com with any questions, issues, or other support-related issues.

For questions related to billing or your subscription, email billing@karbonhq.com.

How your support experience will work

The Karbon support team is always ready to help you, whatever your in inquiry. Our goal is to get you to the correct team and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Your live chat, phone conversation or email will begin by asking you about your issue and offering help articles or materials to assist. If this does not resolve your issue, you will be directed to a representative to continue troubleshooting your issue with you. If additional assistance is needed, you will be directed to a Tier 2 representative who will stay with you until resolution is achieved.
