Your live chat, phone conversation or email will begin by asking you about your issue and offering help articles or materials to assist. If this does not resolve your issue, you will be directed to a representative to continue troubleshooting your issue with you. If additional assistance is needed, you will be directed to a Tier 2 representative who will stay with you until resolution is achieved.
