Our support model will start with a chat that will ask you about your issue and offer help articles to assist, if the articles do not resolve your issue we will direct you to a chat representative that will continue troubleshoot with you. If your chat representative needs additional assistance you will be directed to a Tier 2 representative that will stay with you until resolution is achieved.
