Custom Fields allow you to store and organize key client information directly within Karbon. These fields can be customized to fit your firm's specific needs, improving data management and reporting.
Creating a Custom Field
Go to Custom Field Settings
Navigate to Settings > Custom Fields.
Create a New Field
Click Create New Field and select Contact as the field type.
Choose a field format (text, dropdown, number, etc.).
Name the field and configure its settings.
Adding a Custom Field to a Contact
Open a Contact.
Locate the newly created field.
Enter the relevant information.
Using Custom Fields for Segmentation & Reporting
Filter contact lists based on Custom Field data to identify specific client groups.
Generate reports with relevant client details.
Bulk-create work items for contacts sharing the same field value.
