Make Your Client Portal Uniquely Yours

Enhance your Karbon for Clients portal with custom branding and personalization. Display your firm’s logo or name, add a background from provided presets, and greet clients by their preferred name for a tailored experience.

Display Your Firm’s Identity

You can choose how your firm's branding appears in Karbon for Clients:

  • Show Your Firm Name – Display your firm’s name in the top-left corner of the portal.

  • Upload a Custom Logo – Use your firm’s logo to create a professional and recognizable presence. This logo will also be reflected in other client-facing areas, such as invoices and payments.

Customize the Portal Background

The background of the Karbon for Clients homepage can be tailored to match your firm’s branding:

  • Custom Color – Select a color that aligns with your firm’s visual identity.

  • Custom Image – Upload an image for a more personalized look and feel. This could be a branded graphic, office imagery, or a sleek professional background.

To modify the branding elements in Karbon for Clients, follow the steps outlined in the Configuring Karbon for Clients: A Complete Setup Guide.

Personalized Client Experience

Beyond branding, Karbon for Clients also offers personalization features to make interactions more welcoming and client-friendly:

  • Use Preferred Client Names – The portal will address clients by their preferred name, creating a more familiar and engaging experience.

  • Time-Based Greetings – Clients are greeted based on the time of day in their location. For example:

    • Morning: "Good morning, Abigail!"

    • Afternoon: "Good afternoon, Abigail!"

    • Evening: "Good evening, Abigail!"
