Important:
The only version of cloud-based software from Intuit that allows accountants to manage both their firm books and clients is QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA).
To confirm you are using QBOA:
Check the upper left corner of the screen — it should display Accountant, even when viewing client data.
Look for the Accountant Toolbox at the top of the page in all views.
In the left navigation menu, verify the Your Practice section is present.
Client information found in the Client view within Your Practice is eligible to sync with Karbon.
Review How the Karbon–QuickBooks Online Accountants Integration Determines Contact Type (Organization vs. Person) to identify the correct name format for clients in QBOA to map properly to contacts in Karbon.
The QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) integration with Karbon streamlines accounting and invoicing processes, providing a seamless connection between both platforms.
