Billing Admins can remove a saved payment method at a client's request. This feature ensures that clients maintain control over their preferred payment methods.
When you remove a saved payment method, any future auto-payments will be automatically halted. To resume autopayments, a new payment method must be added, and auto-payments must be manually re-enabled.
How to Remove a Payment Method
Navigate to the Billing section under the contact.
Find the payment method you want to remove.
Click the options menu (...) and select Remove Payment Method to delete the payment method.
