Service Types can be added to Contacts in two ways:
Manually Add a Service Type:
Navigate to the Contact Details and manually assign a Service Type.Create New Work for a Contact:
When new Work is created for a Contact, the assigned Service Type is based on the Work Type of that Work.
Bulk Contact Update for Service Types:
Firms can now add or delete Service Types in bulk for their contacts. This allows for faster and more efficient management of Service Types across multiple contacts.
The bulk contact update file is designed as a one-time setup for managing Service Types across contacts. Please reach out to Karbon Support for assistance.
