If you hire a new staff member to replace a departing one, you'll want to ensure all work and tasks are reassigned in Karbon. This is an easy process.

If you haven't already done so, invite the new staff member as a Karbon user.

When they are up and running, view your Work section as a Kanban board, and choose to view by assignee.

You can then move all the cards from your old team member, to the column for your new team member. This will automatically reassign all this Work.

Finally, have a look at your old staff member's To-do list. If there are any outstanding items there, you can reassign them to anyone else in your team.

After you've complete these steps, you'll want to remove your old staff member from your Karbon team. You can do this from your Practice Settings.
