Capacity per week is the hours a team member is available per week.

What does capacity per week mean on my Kanban board?

When a document or folder is removed in your Document Management System this will also be disconnected from the Connected Folder tab.

If a document or folder is removed in Dropbox or OneDrive (inc Sharepoint), will this be removed in Karbon?

Sharepoint is where the files are stored and OneDrive is the tool to access or share those files.

What is the difference between OneDrive and Sharepoint?

The timeline activity refers to the time since the last email was added to the work timeline.

What does the timeline activity represent in a work card?

Karbon provides you with tools and information to make sure you don't  do things that another team member has already done.

How can I make sure I'm not creating duplicate work?

'Also working on' shows all work items that a colleague is involved in but not directly assigned.

What work is included under 'Also working on' on my Kanban board?

Due dates and start dates are not time zone specific for teammates across multiple time zones.

How are work start and due dates handled for teams across multiple time zones?

You can change the start date of a work item by clicking 'Due' in the work header.

How do I update the start date of a work item?

The Colleagues Involved work filter will show all the work items that selected colleagues are working on (not just work they're assigned).

How can I see the work my colleagues are involved in?

Chose the wrong client by mistake when creating work? Don't worry - It's quick and easy to change the client!

Can I change the contact for a piece of work?

When you create a new workflow status, you will need to apply it to the work types you want to use it for.

Why is a status not appearing as an option for a piece of work?

Yes you can restore emails, but not notes.

Can I restore deleted items to a work timeline?

If the work item you are searching for is not appearing, you should check if that item's work status is chosen to show in results.
