If you currently use Office 365 and are changing to a new Office 365 provider, please reach out to Karbon support to coordinate the update. You can reach Karbon support through Help & Feedback > Still can't find what you need > New conversation, or email@example.com. Please let us know when you are planning to make the switch.
This change will not affect any of your data currently in Karbon. However, new email messages will not import into Karbon until after we process your change, so it's best if we coordinate a time to do this with you in advance.
