A great way to manage new jobs, where you are not yet sure who the best team member is to assign them to, is to assign them to a 'Queue' user. This is particularly useful if you have new work items created through your integration with Practice Ignition.

  1. Create a new colleague called "1 - New Client Queue" or similar

  2. You can use a fake email address for that new colleague

  3. As long as the email invitation is never accepted, the new colleague will not be added to your account's number of users, and you will not be charged.

  4. You can still assign any work item to that "1 - New Client Queue" user

Any work items created through Practice Ignition, or any other new work items, can be assigned to your queue until they are ready to assign to another team member.
