If Karbon detects that your computer is not connected to the Internet, a banner will appear to let you know how to reconnect.

If Gmail, Office365 or Microsoft Exchange disconnects the token that links Karbon with your email account, you’ll get a reconnect banner notification. By clicking on Reconnect Now, you will be re-authenticating your account allowing Karbon and your email account to remain synchronized.

If the blue banner isn't present, please try reconnecting your email by following the steps for your provider.

For Gmail Users

  1. Sign out completely from Karbon, please ensure no Karbon windows are open

  2. Open gmail.com

  3. Go to My Account (from the avatar icon in the top right).

  4. Open “Apps with account access”, then “Manage Apps”.

  5. Click on Karbon, then Remove Access.

Once that’s done, please try reconnecting Karbon again.

For Office 365 Users

  1. Sign out completely from Karbon, please ensure no Karbon windows are open

  2. Sign into O365

  3. Top right click on avatar, My account

  4. On left panel, click on 'App permissions'

  5. You should see 'KarbonHQ', click 'Revoke'

Log into Karbon again at https://app.karbonhq.com and it will ask to reauthorize.
