When you receive an email you can, as you would in your inbox, reply, reply all and forward it. You can also add Cc and Bcc to email.
However, we recommend additional actions if applicable:
- If the email requires you or someone on your team to take action, consider assigning the email to yourself or a colleague
- If you need to keep or store the email, consider adding the email to a contact timeline or
- Adding it to a work item
Clearing an email (only done from Triage) is the equivalent of archiving the email in your inbox (we do not delete any emails).
