A client might send an email from a company email address, but that email might not relate to the entity in question. Also, if a client uses the same email address for multiple entities, how should Karbon determine which company the email relates to?

If emails were automatically pushed to organization timelines, then these timelines would become populated with irrelevant information.

Therefore, for an email to show up in a company timeline, the email has to be part of a piece of work for the company or manually added.
