If your client says that they see an error stating, "Sorry that link doesn't work", when trying to access their client tasks, there are a few things to check. 

Firstly, all the items in the Client Request sections may have been marked complete or the work has a completed status. 

If this is not the case, ask your client to try accessing the link in a private or incognito window of their internet browser.
