Why aren't all work items showing when adding an email to a timeline?

If the work item you are searching for is not appearing, you should check if that item's work status is chosen to show in results.

When you search for a work item to add an email to, you can choose to filter your results to only show work in certain statuses. If the work item you are searching for is not appearing, you should check if that item's status is checked.

Click 'Filter' in the top right of your search box, and tick the statuses that you want to show.
